gaining weight on my antidepressant :(
I'm 5'3 and I was about 130 when i started, and now I'm up to like 150 pounds! it's really stressing me out. the benefits of my medication outweigh (no pun intended) the weight gain but I'm frustrated over suddenly dealing with body image issues and not fitting into my clothes. has anyone here had any experience with this?
