Hi lovelies, I started to spot a few days ago so had a scan at early pregnancy today. We thought we were around 7 weeks but the scan showed 5 weeks 3 days which is fine aa I know I'm a late ovulator. The sonograoher said everything looked great, I have a thick womb and baba is in a good position. Since getting home i have the worst cramps in my vagina and left side of abdomen. Has anyone else had cramps after a trans vaginal scan? Have slept most the day away because it hurts! 😣
