Poor baby

My poor baby was cry so much yesterday I though he was teething. Today we are cuddling on the couch and I look at his hands and one finger is huge and bright red and I see a white spot next to the nails I squeeze his finger ( lightly) to see how swollen it was and the side of his finger exploded with puss.

:( were on our way to the dr to see if he needs and antibiotics since the dr didn't want me to just put a clean dressing on it.

He has been babysat by my husband for the last few days and I feel so terrible I didn't notice his finger earlier. Feeling like a crappy mom :(
