Anyone??

Ok, I want to know if anyone has all the signs and symptoms of pregnancy but found out something was actually wrong with them. I've had cramping, foggy brain, nausea, exhaustion,exhaustion,exhaustion, frequent urination, over 3 weeks late for period, back ache, headaches, dizziness, bloating, gassy, feels like something is swollen in my uterine area when sitting. Did I mention exhaustion??? I've had two instances of spotting but it was very light and pinkish or brownish both times. I've taken tons of hpt and had a blood test...all negative. Anyone ever had something like this happen??
