Mirena and PCOS

I was diagnosed with PCOS since I was 14. I’ve been on all types of birth control which they work for a bit then stop. I have had three miscarriages. I am currently not trying to get pregnant just trying to seek other birth control options. I had a DNC in October had a polyp removed from my uterus. Stayed in my birth control the bled for 6 weeks straight I stopped it in November. Had normal periods for three months now back to the same thing. I was told to try Mirena. I just know how it will effect my PCOS. If anyone has tried it let me know how it worked for you. Or you have thoughts on it let me here it. TIA
