Miscarried and didn't know I was pregnant
Today I went to my new OBGYN for a consultation about steps that I need to take in the near further due to irregular periods. While I was there she asked if I have ever had any blood clots during my period. I told her that in April I had shed a whitish sac that was very large, but didn't think anything of it due to just stopping my birth control. She then told me that by the description, I had most likely miscarried. I'm still in shock and it hasn't really sunk in yet. I feel like I don't have the right to feel sad or morn because I didn't even know that I was even pregnant. I'm not really sure where to go from here.
