Temperature reading..

My bbt is generally between 96.7 and 97.6 I haven't done it since I ovulated. Today it is 99.2.. im not sick. My cervix is high soft and medium. Ive had mild period like cramping for a few days and normally I ONLY get cramping about 12 hours before I start my period. This is the first cycle my husband and I have been trying to conceive our second child... thoughts.. if I don't get my period I will be testing... just wondering what experience others have had
