Could this be a sign?
I currently have the flu (it sucks btw) but last night I had fever dreams. My cat ran away a week ago and I last night I dreamt that I found him and this afternoon he was outside meowing on the porch. I also had a dream where I was holding two kids (a boy and a girl) and telling them that mommy was sick. Me and my fiancé have been ttc for a few months so fingers crossed 😅
