Long cycle

So today is cycle day 49 for me... took a test and still negative. Beyond frustrated and feel like I may need to call my doctor in the morning to see what's going on. My cycles have normally been between 39-41 days. Anyone else have it have had this problem and what was the outcome? Advice would be greatly appreciated!
