Chronic pain & TTC

Anyone managing chronic pain and TTC? We are hoping to start soon but I'm worried about my unpredictable chronic pain (not related to my reproductive system, tho I'm sure it affects it) and how to manage it during a pregnancy. I need to take NSAIDs regularly & recently got off an SSRI that managed neuropathic pain so that my body will be ready for a healthy pregnancy. Any advice from anyone who's been there?
