I had a miscarriage (or chemical pregnancy as they like to tell me) beginning of January. I was only about 4 weeks at the time.

Since then I’ve not had a normal period. Yesterday morning I had an upset tummy and then felt really cold and threw up my breakfast. Chose to take the day off and consequently felt fine.

This morning my upset tummy got worse and vomiting was a bit more severe than the previous day. I’ve been on and off nauseas all day (but I probably ought to eat more). I took a pregnancy test and it was positive!

I’ve been to the doctor as well and the urine test was positive, going back for the blood work results tomorrow and to take more. They want to track my levels to see if it’s viable and then I’ve got an ultrasound booked to try and determine dates.

We are in shock right now that this could be it, and don’t want to get happy just in case. I think I’ll feel better after some more appointments. Has anyone else got pregnant without having a period after MC? I really don’t know what to think!
