We’ve been trying for 8 months for baby #3

We’ve been trying for 8 months for baby #3 this month I noticed I’ve been feeling a lot more exhausted and bloated so I took a test last night knowing my period was a day late and I got a faint line then I took another one this morning and got another faint line. Is it really there or am I just seeing what I want to see???
