Failed 3 hr sugar test

So I failed the 1 hr by only one point, and had to go take the 3 hr sugar test this morning. And they just called and told me my sugars were elevated so I have to go to a diabetes counselor and start monitoring my blood sugar. I'm so bummed and very worried I'm gonna have a 10 pounder. I thought I was doing so well with my diet, I'm 30 weeks and have only gained 11 pounds. 😔😔
