Ttc with opks-should I even use them?

Long story short. We have been ttc for 3 years. Diagnosed with unexplained infertility a year ago. One cycle clomid and times intercourse. Two cycles with femera and IUI. Nothing worked. Planning on IVF when we can afford It. I always had a pair I’ve I’ll cycle day 12/13 and IVF was always cycle day 13 based on follicle size. So idk if I should buy the opks so I know exactly when to have sex. Or just base It around cycle day 13

Glow was never accurate for me in terms of telling me when I actually ovulated. So we tried for three cycles without luck. The very first cycle I used OPKS and actually saw when I ovulated (which was a whole week after Glow predicted!) we got pregnant. I highly reccomend them! Not only so you know when to have sex but so you can accurately see how many DPO you are and if you ovulate every month or not (some women don't).

If you don’t know when you ovulate it would be a good idea to start using them once you get a positive you normally have about 12-24 hours
