Water broke or induced ?? 🤰🏻🤰🏻

I had a dream last night that my water broke in the middle of Costco while I was sitting on a chair they had for sale..in my dream I was like, “guess we’ll take that chair” and then I woke up. Now I’m all paranoid 😂 and I’m only 31 weeks.

Water did not break nor did I lose my mucus plug. Contractions started as period like cramps and from the start of labor to delivery was 5 hours and 45 minutes. First time mom. Everyone is different. 40 weeks 1 day. Initially, I thought he was not going to come anytime soon because I had no obvious signs and was only dialated 1 cm 4 days prior. I took a bath and was lying down watching television when contractions started. Prior to that, it was a normal day. When I arrived at the hospital I was barely 3 cm but things progressed so quickly that they admitted me.

At 38+5 early labor contractions (not super painful but enough to make me stop what I was doing and wonder wtf that was) started at 5:30pm, then went away by 6pm. Came back stronger from 9pm-11pm & lost some mucus. Went to the hospital bc contractions hurt and were 4 min apart for 2 hours. Got sent home at 12:30am because I was only dilated 1cm even with the consistent contractions. By the time I got home they were worse & now 2 min apart. From 1am-5am I stuck it out at home & it got so bad I thought I was going to die because they hurt so much! Contractions lasted 1.5-2min and were coming every 2 min. Sometimes with no break between them. I swear I felt the pain even in my eyelashes! We went back to the hospital at 6am & even though I was now only 1.5cm they admitted me because they could tell by my face this was the real deal. I had to walk around the L&D; halls to help speed up dilation/break my water & it worked! Water broke on its own at 8:15am & baby was born at 11:40am at 38+6!

With my first my water broke. With my second I started contractions, they got to 5-7 mins apart. Went to the hospital and was already 9cm. Was holding my baby boy within 15 mins of arriving.

I had my water break, and then 12 hours later had to be induced because contractions stopped. Being induced definitely got things going, contractions were so close together towards the end!
