I started taking 1000mg of Vitex during my TWW, I just got my positive today. I have been trying for a year with irregular cycles and it has been 7 days of taking Vitex so far. I'm not going to stop since I'm afraid of MC but if any of you ladies have had experience with this please let me know how you slowly stopped
