Do you trust it with the baby's development happening?

I did early on in my pregnancy. It's on the list of safe meds so I wasn't/am not too worried about it

I'll be 12 weeks on Monday, if I don't take it when needed I'm doubled over on the floor. Ob said it was fine to take.

I didn't start taking it until the second trimester. The only reason why I take it period is because I've had spurts of really bad trapped gas and it's miserable.

I'm going to need to. 3w 4d and I'm gassy and have horrible heart burn.
