I did it!

In July of 2017, I woke up one morning and decided that I had had enough. I weighed 186.6 pounds and was considered obese, because of my weight I constantly felt gross and sickly. It was that morning that I decided that I was going to quit sulking and do something about my unhealthy lifestyle!

Fast forward to February 2018 and I have finally reached my goal weight. It took me longer than expected due to a surprise pregnancy that ended abruptly after a couple of months, but I did it. I now weigh 159.7 lbs and plan to continue my weight loss journey, mainly focusing on toning and strengthening now.

I never thought that I’d find the strength and determination to accomplish such a task, but I’m so glad that I did. For those of you who’re wanting to make a change, now is the time! There’s no better time than the present, you can do it! 😃
