My husband and I recently went together to an infertility specialist to begin our journey towards starting a family. I had an HSG procedure done and at the same time he had to provide a sample. After a week or so the doctor called and said there are lower than average motility and morphology to his sperm, but that they want him to come back for another sample to verify. Has anyone else and their partner been thriugh this? If so, is there a simple way to try to boost the sperm naturally as we wish to avoid all the hormones and prescriptions we feel well be offered the next visit.. Thanks in advance!
