Implantation bleeding?

3 days ago I took multiple pregnancy test and they all came back positive. Last night and this morning I started to experience this. Last night it wasn’t as dark as the picture. I’m hoping Its implantation bleeding. What do you think? Should I take another test? I’m going to my DR tomorrow to get blood work done

Implantation bleeding will not happen after a positive pregnancy test. Implantation would’ve already occurred to get your positive test. 
Spotting is not uncommon in early pregnancy. A lot of bleeding, cramping and clots are not good signs. I would call your OB regardless.

I was spotting most days last week. My OB doctor said it’s okay and that it could be the baby or placenta implanting.
