Ovulating before your first period after a MC

Did you ovulate on the first cycle after your miscarriage? I had a miscarriage exactly four weeks ago and have been tracking my bbt but I haven't ovulated yet. We are continuing to TTC. I have been spotting light brown VERY lightly for a few days but today it's light pink/brown every time I wipe. I'm thinking it might be ovulation spotting or its my period coming without having ovulated. Just wondering if it's normal to have not ovulated the first cycle after a miscarriage.
