I am so worried and upset..

by my dates I should be 6weeks and 2days and I had some brown water discharge spotting last 2days so I went up the hospital as I am worried as I lost my son at 5months pregnant. I went in and the did a scan and could not find a sign of pregancy so I had to have a blood test and have to go back on Thursday for another blood test to see what my hgc results are.. they are saying it could be one of 3 things 1) my dates are wrong and I am earlier then I think 2) it's a eptopic pregancy or 3) early misscarage... I am so praying with all I have that I am just very early and it's just not showing up on the scan..
