AC is out...ugh

Last night our AC went out and all I could do was cry. We had someone out to look at it today and it is going to be $600 to fix it and the part they need won't be delivered for at least a week. I am 29+3 weeks pregnant and hotter than Haiti. I am a teacher so I am just home all day so I can't even seek refuge at work. My husband doesn't get why I am so hot and crying. Any recommendations on how to stay cool?
