Can a tarpon hurt a fetus?

I’m two days late but havnt took a test yet, this morning I did put a tampon in because I’m wearing yoga pants and won’t be home for a few hours but if I am pregnant will it hurt the fetus? I feel stupid asking but I’m just curious because if so I’ll rip this out right now lol anyways pleas help

If you’re not bleeding you should not be wearing a tampon. And regardless no it would not as it has no way to reach the baby.

No. If you’re pregnant, your fetus is protected in the sac and you will start to have a mucus plug blocking your uterus from you put in your vagina. That’s why it’s okay to have sex while you’re pregnant.
