anyone pregnant again after baby?

I had my son over a year ago. Been on depo. Bleed like crazy. Never able to track my ovulation. They switched my birth control to pill form which is monessa and now I have been on that for about 2/3 months. Never missed any pills. But doctor said skip placebo and start a new pack. Well now I'm in my second pack and missed 3 pills out of a weeks worth of pills. Been throwing up; smells get to me. I don't like the taste of food. I have been crappy feeling and cramps like crazy now I am having light pink spotting. So I don't know if that would even take that quick because I can't track my ovulation. So anyone else had a scare on the pill like this and actually been pregnant??!!!!
