TMI NASTY PICTURE

Help! I felt urge to poop this morning and it was all blood, filled the toilet. I went again few hours later and filled it again. I just went for a third time and filled it again the picture is from barely wiping the third time I feel like it's a lot of blood but don't want my ass to get looked at by doctors if not needed!

Update no pain at all just feels like pooping.
