I'm currently right smack in the middle of my fertile window, which usually is when I feel at my prime. For the past few days though, I've gotten lower abdomen cramps. Unlike my period cramps, these feel as if it's right on the surface of the muscle as if it's strained. If I press, I can feel that my lower abdomen is contracted. I've also had a greater amount of ovulation discharge than my normal cycles, but I already checked on that and there's no issues there. I work out daily and I still have a schedule to keep with, but it's making me uncomfortable and unable to focus or work. This has never happened to me prior to this cycle. Any ideas??
