IVF- when did you see/hear HB?

Had my first ultrasound today at 5w6d and we saw the gestational sac and yolk sac but no heartbeat. The nurse said that it might be too early, but reading online it seems like a lot of people see a heartbeat at 6 weeks (which I’ll be tomorrow) especially with internal ultrasound. 
Anyone in a similar situation go on to have a healthy pregnancy?

I had my first ultrasound at 5 weeks 4 days after IUI. There was no heartbeat yet. The next week at 6 weeks 3 days we could see and hear it clearly.

I heard the heartbeat 6w6d. I think this early it really depends on the baby. Are you going back to check in a couple of weeks?

I went at 5w6d too (I had IUI, not IVF) and saw the heart beating at 90 beats per minute. My nurse told me that was 100% just a happy bonus, as all the expect at that stage is the gestational sack and yolk sack. Don’t worry, you’re good.

We saw the heart beta flickering at 6 weeks exactly. But doctor did warn us it could be early!

7 weeks was our first scan and I heard it (internal). I was warned it may not be there as it is so small.

I saw it at 5 and 6 weeks. but she did warn me it was early and May not be seen yet. We just got lucky.

My RE did first scan at 7weeks and we did see and hear HB.

I think the heart only starts beating in week 5, so I wouldn’t worry! I saw the heartbeat at 7 weeks, haven’t had a scan earlier than that - they wouldn’t do it until then as they said it was too early to see much. 
Remember at 7 weeks they’re only 1cm long - so even smaller at 6 weeks - very hard to pinpoint a heartbeat when it’s that tiny!!
