Advice anyone?

Question

I have had period like pains and major back pain. Went to the doctor Monday to make sure everything was ok. She said I’m still closed and little more than 50% effaced. She also stated my baby is posterior and her head is resting on my sacrum. Please help me out with some advice to ease the pain and pressure.

I’ve heard a good position is hands and knees and let your belly hang. You can move gently back and forth or arch your back a little. Maybe try taking a bath with some Epsom salt to help with the aches but not too hot of water.

I was thinking about going and getting a pregnancy massage to maybe help me relax a little more. I’m not sure if it’s a good idea or not
