I took 10 mls of children’s because i has nothing else and my stomach instantly hurt and ever since then I’ve felt so sick and I’ve had the runs 😒 sorry tmi

It's not a good idea to take medication on an empty stomach. Drink lots of water to flush out your system and eat some soda crackers. That might settle things down a bit, though I think you are going to be uncomfortable until it clears your system. If the situation gets worse, call your doctor.
