Nervous to Take Pregnancy Test...

I am 10 going on 11 days late, but I am nervous to take a pregnancy test because of having 2 Miscarriages, and a Ectopic resulting in my left Fallopian tube removed. Anyways recently my SO and I decided we wanted to try again and now were scared, anytime we go to our first ultrasound we don't make it to our second. Am I crazy or what? I dont know what I should do. I just want to wait until I think for sure but I want to find out as well...
