Flu-like symptoms at 4 dpo

Last night I started off with a tickle in my throat and between then and now, I’ve got a sore throat, cough, and chills. No fever, but my head feels heavy and hot. I heard this could be a pregnancy symptom right before implantation. Has anyone experienced this and then got a BFP ?
