Implantation or early period ?

so I'm about 6-8 dpo and this happened ... could it be implantation or just wishful thinking on my part ? I had a bad pain in my right pelvic area earlier , lasted short amount of time but very painful ,then just mild cramping, this little spotting today and slightly tender breasts. also frequent urination for the past few days combined with hot flashes and cold symptoms ..i guess I'll know for sure in a few days but I was wondering what others opinions were.
