I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks 4 days on 1/9, thought I might be pregnant again after because my period should have come on the 6th. I know MC can cause issues with your period after. I spotted pink all day yesterday, not enough to need a liner but every time I wiped. Anyway, woke up at 7am with a stomach ache and had bled through my underwear a little. Have light bleeding with no real cramping like I would usually have but I've had no AF symptoms and I cannot stop falling asleep. Did anyone else have this their first period after a miscarriage?
