Recurring mastitis 😣

Anyone else getting recurrent bouts of mastitis? If so how do you deal with it? My son has a good latch and I try to get him to nurse as long as I can on a side before switching. I’m not overproducing (my boobs hardly ever leak). He nurses about every 2 hours. I’ve tried hot baths, compresses, massaging, pumping after nursing to make sure I’m really empty... I’ve been on antibiotics twice and both times the mastitis went away and came back. I’m so tired of feeling achey and feverish while caring for my son. 😣 I love nursing him and I feel like it’s been going really well but if this keeps happening I might switch to formula...
