I may be crazy, but please help!

I'm 10 dpo and noticed really bad nausea this morning with mild cramps. Decided to test because I have a stock pile of them and think I see the start of something. hpt on top, opk is on bottom for comparison. Line eyes are a thing!! Lol please help! Thank you!!
