Baby mommas

Ladies who are with me. With kids from previous relationships....how do you handle your husbands relationship with the their kids mother???? I've been good lately but all of a sudden I have a huge wave of jeleaous emotions....she lives in another state but has been talking to in a way that seems way to friendly. Do I sound crazy? I don't know how to go about this....
