When I was a baby, 1986, I received the MMR vaccine. My mother was told by my dr that the booster was too much and he personally did not get it for his own kids. So I did not receive the booster..... last week I had labs done for TTC, and Rubella aka German measles, was one test. They called me telling me this booster MMR shot is needed to ensure I have a healthy pregnancy (if I even can get pregnant). MMR sketches me out- I dont want it, nor am concerned w a disease no one in the US has gotten in over 50 years. Thoughts?
