Pregnancy is a real mother by Jeffery L Zweig! He’s my OB and AMAZING!! You can get it from amazon, also read The Mama Natural week by week guide to pregnancy and childbirth (also amazon)

I read this each week as I progressed through pregnancy, I bought the ebook but I’m sure they sell hard copies!

I read Babywise to help with getting my baby to sleep through the night with 1-2 wake ups, I highly recommend! But I loved this book 👇👇👇
