Implantation bleeding ?

Hey ladies, I'm having a hard time figuring out what's going on my fiancé and are have been trying to conceive and as of last weekend symptoms are telling me we finally have. Morning sickness, cravings, nauseous, and my breasts are very sore. However I just started bleeding again, did my research could be implantation bleeding but it's quite heavy more like period flow but way early for my period to be back. Any ideas ?
