Midwife or Hospital?

I've heard many different sides, I have no idea what I plan to do yet. on one hand a midwife is in your home surrounded by the things that you like and it's more relaxed not so much of a rush to get your baby out. just trusting your body to do it on its own time. and on the other end in a hospital if there are any sort of complications to childbirth for the mother or child there are doctors there to address the issue immediately but there's an increased chance of infection and it's more rush get the baby out with drugs and breaking your water etc.
