Missed period
I had sex 2 weeks ago unprotected and I was spotting 4 days ago and today’s my due date for my period but it hasn’t come I took a test it came out negative and I did the salt pregnancy test and it came back positive but my breast are sore and tender and I have this metallic taste in my mouth and I have back pain and feel constipated and going toilet a lot
