Any updates? How's everyone feeling?

Question

People at keep asking when I am due! I am 39 weeks today 😃 now in my 40th week.

One lady came into work and told everyone today would be the day I have birth because she had a dream that I did! She was wrong...

I'm still waiting. Yesterday two different friends emailed to say they have had their babies! It seems like everyone else it having theirs

I still feel the same. No massive discomforts, no braxton hicks, no sign of any colostrum, just a bit of heartburn now and then. I don't feel too different. I have one week left at work now. My last day will be this Friday the 12th June!

My inlaws are coming to Devon to be near us on the weekend of my due date and my husband is only playing golf at local clubs and avoiding doing any traveling.

We have the info about when to call the midwife stuck to the fridge!

I am 36+5 today, still at work, I also finish on Friday 12th and can't wait as 11 hour days trying to finish everything off is getting me stressed out.

I had my first Braxton hicks last week which were very intense and nothing since.

My bump has dropped a bit and although head is down its not engaged but there is a lot of pressure low down.

I am hoping our princess stays put until 40 weeks as I have plans for my two weeks off and I am very lucky as I still have tons of energy.

That was the only time I had pains. Since then feel like the head is further down and my bump have shifted down so hopefully everything's where it needs to be. Not seeing my midwife again until 23rd June now. X

Ahh I feel the same I am only just 37wks but throughout pregnancy was convinced she would arrive in may!! Obviously that didn't happen, now getting inpatients because we are now set, have everything ready just sat waiting for things to start!! I am a bit of a control freak at the best of times so not having any control over how, when etc is killing me!! :) hope your ok and we have our babies out soon! Good luck xxxx

Had an awful nights sleep, I have got  really bad period like cramps since tea time last night. They aren't like the Braxton hicks. Just low dull pains in the  very bottom of my bump. Has anyone else experienced this?

Just today and tomorrow and then we will both be on leave - it is stressful trying to finish everything off but it will be over before we know it!
