Very long periods?

I’ve been on the mini pill for three months now and my periods are so long and painful, so much so that I’m considering stopping taking the pill. I’m in loads of pain for about 9-12 days and I have only a week or two between each period. I hate this and I don’t know how to fix it, I’m stuck in bed for more than half of every month because it’s too painful and uncomfortable to do anything. Please can anyone give me advice, my under 25s CASH is closed through this week so I can’t even go to them 👎🏻
