Mirror During Birth?????

So I'm planning on having a mirror so I am able to watch my daughter crown and etc. A lot of people I work with, friends and even family find it a tad bit gross but I think it will be a beautiful sight. I know it's not going to be anything "cute" but I feel as though the bond I have with my unborn daughter is nothing but beautiful so why not watch her first big moment! I also feel as though when I see her start to crown it will motivate me to keep going and block out the pain, since I am set on doing this drug free!!!!!!

I just wanted to concentrate on getting baby out. My eyes were closed. They kept asking me "do you want a mirror? Do you want to feel his head" and I just kept telling no! I think this time around I will feel her head but still hell no to the mirror.

I was asked if I wanted one during delivery in the final stages of pushing. I turned it down because I wanted to focus all my energy on getting him out not watching the show. I pushed for 2.5 hours and had no epidural so I needed to focus on pushing him out.

I had a mirror with all three of my kids it was motivation for me when I saw them crown. I will be asking for one with this current pregnancy.
