Trying to Conceive on Clomid

Hi.. My husband and i have been trying to conceive since October. Some months I completely skip my cycles. My OBGYN, he put me on Clomid last month. And what do you know I got my period. Same with this month. I'm on day 5 of my cycle so I started the Clomid today. I also have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.

I'm not a complete idiot and im pretty sure i know a these answers, but... Lol.. How do I know when I'm ovulating? When is the best time to have sex during ovulation? I think we may be trying to hard. Does anyone have suggestions??

Please help we want a baby together more than anything in the world.

My husband has twin 7 years old girls that we are raising And they both have Cerebral Palsy (born at 29 weeks).
