Implantation bleeding or just early period

I started to spotting from feb 12 and then it became like a light flow not enough to full a pad my period is not due till Saturday it does not feel like a normal period i took a pregnancy test last Friday it was neg my BBT has been going up and has not drop. Can somebody tell if this is normal
