pls I nid your help

I have been trying to conceive now for the past 3 months but to no avail. I have a normal cycle of 28days. I flow every month. but wat I notice during my ovulation is bleeding. which I later came to understand is ovulation bleeding something I had never had before. during my ovulation I don't get to perceive again the slippery substance like raw egg which usually comes out Rada it's just the bleeding. pls I nid anyone who can help me explain what is going on. can I still conceive inspite the ovulation bleeding?
