Positive or negative,confused

Been married for 9 months and trying to conceive.about 9 days before I missed my period,I started feeling pregnant symptoms so I did a home test and it was positive.did a urine at test at a hospital and it was positive.the day I was supposed to do my periods I did a home test again and showed positive.3 days later after spotting for about a week coz I heard spotting was normal in the beginning of pregnance,I had heavy flow.went to the hospital and urine test was negative and scan also showed there was no pregnance.that I was just having my normal periods.was advised to test after am done with bleeding which finished after 5 days.I don't want to test but wait to how it will be when its time for my next periods.please how possible cud I have positive results if I wasn't pregnant.those are my testing strips
