Okay ladies this is my first pregnancy and I am about about 6 weeks 3 days along. I've been having these weird spells of dizziness accompanied with an actual low fever which is come and go, chills/aches, and pretty bad constant lower right abdominal and back pain. My first apt is scheduled for next Tuesday but feeling like crap until then and worrying about it is going to kill me. Anyone else have similar? Should also add I am not sick. I have zero symptoms of a cold or flu with the exception of the fever
